About Nicole Phillips

My therapeutic approach consists of a collaborative method to help you achieve specific goals that are important to you. My goal is to always meet you where you are. I believe identifying and recognizing our feelings makes it easier to understand and alter our behaviors, leading us to healthier and happier lives. I also believe we store trauma in our body, so in sessions, you can expect a lot of somatic practices.

I believe I learn something from every client. I strive to provide a space that feels open, warm, and nonjudgmental always. I take pride in my ability to make each client feel comfortable opening up when they are ready.  My hopes are that you will always feel safe and understood while engaging in therapy. During sessions, I aim to ensure that each client is pleased and comfortable by my empathetic, down to earth, and straightforward approach.

My areas of specialty include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, behavioral disturbances, domestic violence, and self esteem.
