I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who specializes in treating sexual abuse, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Utilizing evidence-based, and eclectic approaches, my professional experience includes working with adults, adolescents, children, and families with a wide range of mental health issues along with complex family dynamics and relational challenges.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.

I am passionate about helping individuals through their journey of healing, personal growth, self-exploration to get in touch with their inner peace. I will be here to hold space, teach you helpful skills, and provide guidance with overcoming your life’s unique and present difficulties.
