About Brianna

Welcome! My name is Brianna Penney. I have 12 years experience as a mental health therapist working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I specialize in working with First responders, Veterans and Narcissistic abuse survivors, anxiety, depression (including post-partum depression), PTSD, trauma, complex grief, ADHD, low self-esteem, stress, difficulty adjusting to changes, gender identity, relationship problems, and communication issues.
