About Amanda
Making the decision to find extra support and choosing the right provider is often difficult. The stigma around mental health can prevent us from finally making the first step. I’m here to tell you that you are resilient and you don’t have to navigate this process alone. Whether you experience feelings of anxiety or depression, want to process traumatic events, have difficulty in your relationships, or struggle through life transitions, you deserve to be heard and have relief.
My mission is to empower you to be your most authentic self and help you learn how to improve your quality of life with compassion. By providing a nonjudgmental and safe space, you’ll have the ability to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and learn effective coping skills and techniques to make lasting change.
I use a combination of therapeutic approaches that are person-centered and strengths-based. Everyone is different and it is my goal to find what works best for you as you take an active role in your treatment. Let’s work together to begin your journey of self-discovery and healing and to create a brighter future!
